Do you have experience with 7 - 8 months old babies?
Yes. We are experienced in working with children aged from 2 months to 13 years.
Do you work late in the evening?
Yes, appointments are possible at any time of the day/night. For late appointments (after 22:00) transport costs are borne by the customer.
What is Money guarantee?
Money guarantee means that you do not have to pay / you get your money back if a service, performed by an AikiDoki Culb employee, is of unsatisfactory quality.
Who has to cover the insurance in case of work accident, health insurance, pension insurance etc.?
AikiDoki Club covers everything privately and all monetary obligations are included in the price.
How do I get my invoices from AikiDoki Club?
According to your own choice - as a letter per post, or as a PDF file - per e-mail.
You receive the invoice within a 5 workin days after the execution of a service by us (it might take up to 10 working days by sending of the invoice per post).
How can I pay my bills to Aikidoki Club?
There are two options:
1. cash - a receipt is given in exchange of payment
2. Bank transfer - an invoice is sent after the execution of an AikiDoki service
What is the payment deadline?
The deadline for payment of an invoice is 30 calendar days after receiving the service from us.
