Child care activities
Besides the regular age-appropriate pedagogic games and activities, I also offer
* music for children (singing, plus basic singing lessons; playing some musical instruments; learning about different music styles); introducing art as a mean of self-expression;
* dancing;
* painting - on different surfaces like windows and glass, textile, face painting;
* stargazing and clouds-gazing, whenever appropriate;
* "magic school" - learning body language, basic natural communication skills and their conscious use, introducing conscious self-cognition and emotional development (age appropriate!);
* board games;
* origami;
* assembling, constructing, building, and many crafty child-inspired DIY projects;
* in- and outdoors sport activities and exercises - basic physical education, personal body- and health-awareness
* "water-fun" - whenever the weather allows;
* team- and role-play games;
* cooking with children
* visits of playgrounds around the city and appointment for meetings with other kindergartens
* visits of remote parks, museums, theater,etc.
* speaking and learning foreign languages - English, German; introducing internationallity, cultural differences, and open-mindedness
The activity list can practically be endless and I am open for suggestions from all parents and children.
Between the pedagogical organized/suggested activities, children get enough time for free, "undisturbed" playing.
Watching television/cartoons is excluded from the program. Educational children movies are an exception.
The use of mobile phones for private conversations and surfing on the internet is prohibited at AikiDoki club. We are strongly engaged in spreading a natural, screen-free culture for everyone, and at the same time developing proper natural communication skills.
All materials and equipment for the activities offered are included in the price.
